When most of us think of back pain, we often consider discomfort in the lower back area. While this is a common place to experience back discomfort, many people can experience upper as well. Home Remedies
To treat upper at home, the first course of action is often to apply ice to the affected area. This can be done every three or four hours, and should be repeated for the first day or two after the injury
